At Seiko USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. All returns must include the original warranty card and any protective film to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
